Commercial Property Lawyer (3–5 PQE) – Cheltenham

Hybrid | Up to £60,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for the opportunity to make your mark within a growing and ambitious law firm?

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be working with a well-regarded law firm in Cheltenham looking to hire a Commercial Property Lawyer with 3–5 years’ PQE to join its growing team.

You’ll advise a broad client base on a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development, and asset management.

The ideal candidate will have:

•  3–5 years’ PQE in commercial property
•  Strong technical and client management skills
•  A commercial and proactive approach
•  Ability to manage matters independently

Working pattern:
Minimum 4 days per week in the office, with flexibility to reduce to 3 days depending on PQE and level of experience.
