Our client is now seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to develop their skills in a creative, ingredient-led environment while working with exceptional produce grown on-site and sourced locally.
This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive brigade, contributing to a variety of food experiences from refined dining to events and cookery school offerings.
Pay: £33,000+ per annum + exceptional service charge
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, creativity, and attention to detail. You will work closely with senior chefs and support the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional food across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage your designated section with confidence and efficiency.
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard, in line with the kitchen’s ethos.
- Support the development of seasonal, ingredient-led menus.
- Work with fresh, garden-grown and locally sourced produce.
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety.
- Ensure clear communication of allergen information.
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen and front of house teams to deliver seamless service.
- Assist in events and cookery school activities where required.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
About You
- A passionate chef with a strong interest in seasonal, ingredient-led cooking.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a high-quality kitchen environment.
- Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent food.
