Our client is now seeking an enthusiastic and creative Events & Cookery School Chef to join their passionate kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives on delivering memorable food experiences, enjoys engaging with guests, and wants to play a key role in bringing a garden-led ethos to life through events and hands-on cookery sessions. The Postion is working 5/7 Days, on a 48 hours Contract, paying £38,000 to £40,000 + Exceptional Service Charge & bonus Paid
The Role
You will be at the heart of the events and cookery school offering, delivering exceptional food while inspiring and connecting with guests. From leading interactive cookery classes to hosting private dining experiences and supporting larger-scale events, this role blends strong culinary ability with personality and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver seasonal, ingredient-led menus for a variety of events and experiences.
- Lead engaging and interactive cookery school sessions for guests of all abilities.
- Share culinary knowledge, techniques, and passion in an accessible and inspiring way.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
- Work closely with Front of House and Events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Champion the use of garden produce and seasonal cooking throughout all offerings.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation.
- Communicate allergen information clearly and confidently.
- Support wider kitchen operations where required, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
